Our approach follows the internationally recognised six-step process:

- Establish the client-adviser relationship and scope of service,

- Gather client data and determine the clients goals and expectations,

- Analyse and evaluate the client’s financial position for the purpose of identifying personal and/or business insurance needs,

- Develop and present written statement of advice,

- Oversee the implementation of the plan, and

- Monitor and review the plan.

- Not all clients require the full range of advice that can be provided, and the services provided will depend on the client needs
