I do miss the old place on 130...my late boyfriend used to take me there every year for our tree. This place is a smaller version....no live trees....no big artificial tree room with Santa, but still had a good selection of ornaments, artificial trees and garland as well as lights. I enjoyed shopping there.
NIGHTMARE POOL COMPANY! worse pool company to deal with! We made a appointment with them to do a initial cleaning for my pool and when they came to do the cleaning they didn’t know what they were doing. They would just blame the motor or filters because they didn’t know how to vacuum. Little did they know the system is brand new. The 2 kids vacuumed for approximately 3-5 minutes and said they can’t do it anymore. They packed up and left. They played around with the motor trying to figure out why it shut off and couldn’t figure out how to reset a simple timer. Instead they checked the wrong outlet with a phone charger. We paid for a initial cleaning and didn’t get the service. The lady AMY was VERY RUDE over the phone and didn’t wanna listen to what happened and wanted to charge us again for them to come back even tho they couldn’t even figure out how to vacuum the pool without messing something up. DO NOT recommend this company at all!
HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE customer service. I contacted this company to help with cleaning my pool/vacuum and the people they sent to my house had ZERO idea what they were doing. I will NEVER be dealing with this company ever again and I absolutely do not recommend this company to anyone!
Such a bad customer service and didn’t even get the job done. Amy was very rude to me and they don’t care about the customer, just looking to make money. The kids sent to my house didn’t even know what they were doing. Such a disgusting company, do not recommend to ANYONE!!!!!
I use to spend tons of money every season for pool maintenance but after going here and was informed on what to do i spend and use way less chemicals thanks Riverton
Helped me go from large above ground pool to new inground salt water pool without a hitch , these guys know there pools . Free water test and all the chemicals to keep it crystal clear.
Very courteous, helpful but not pushy staff. I recently opened my pool and discovered a huge rip in my cover which allowed debris to collect in my pool for most of the winter. Even after repeated chlorinating, vacuuming and running the filter, my water was still very cloudy and I thought it was a lost cause. The service tech at Riverton analyzed my water sample, gave me advice, recommended products, but never high-pressured me to purchase anything. I especially appreciate how he was patient with me and my limited knowledge of pool care.
Sean was very helpful and knowledgeable. He took time to answer all my questions. I went to 2 other pool supply stores in the area and did not receive the help and attention that Sean provided. He even took time to do a quick research on an issue we were having with the pool. I now will drive out my way to go to Riverton Pool Supply and purchase all my pool supplies because of Sean.

My family has used Riverton for decades. Naturally, when I was looking for a new pool heater and opening I went to them. They were receptive and helpful throughout the quote process. They came and installed the heater in a timely fashion. I should have known when they charged my card for the balance without my authorization. The heater was not installed correctly. When the heater is turned on it drains my spa. After several attempts to get then out to fix it I am left with this review as my only outlet. This was not an inexpensive investment for my family. It was a 3000 job and when I called I was treated as a hassle. They also opened my pool. When i went to another store to have the water tested there was no chlorine in the water 2 days after the opening! I am still waiting for them to rectify this until then reviews it is.
