Great price and service. I rented a car overnight from them. The lady who served me was helpful and friendly. I had already booked another rental the following day. She offered to drop my family and I to the next car rental place. It saved me time and money. She even recommended some great places she had visited in the destination we were going to next. It was much appreciated. When I come back to IVC I would consider them at the top of my list for car rental.
Wanted a 10 cubic meter truck which would have been ample to move what I needed to but they won't let these trucks out of the district, due to the urgent need to relocate I was forced to get an 18m3 truck which was way more expensive. Thankfully I will never need to use them again!
Staff are very friendly and go out of their way to help you out. Vehicles are not too bad, quite a few near newies, and the recent stuff is always tidy body and interior wise. Really my only gripe is some of the vans are a bit too old, they generally drink a lot more fuel, so you may get no reverse camera, basic seats, manual window winders, and truck like road manners, read noisy, and rough riding. On the subject of actual Trucks they are good, good cube so you can keep trips to a minimum, and priced well.
Been using these guys 3 to 6 times a year for the last 10 years. they know us, we know them. Prices quoted are as per what we were charged. No hassles making the odd change, they work with us very well. We will continue using them
Used them twice and had excellent service both times. Reasonable prices. Good people to deal with.
Not a happy customer ordered the medium truck got quoted $100 for day plus 50c a klm. And to make sure it comes back with full tank. Next thing being charged $125 for day, 60c klm and aparently once the truck was full and to the click aparently you can fit 23 litres of diesel into the tank.... yeah right! Not going there again!
