These guys are super friendly!nMy daughter forgot her scooter on the bus that goes along Route 195. I called their office, left my contact details and a description of the scooter, and they found it and called me back the next day. I visited them with my daughter to collect the lost scooter, and she’s super happy again!nThe lost and found service deserves 5 stars.nThank you, guys!

The lady who takes the calls in the office is rude and abnoxious. I emailed her regarding the school buses that collect our boys and voiced my concerns over the fact the buses sometimes take different routes due to lack of training the staff on their part. Or showing up late. When I proceeded to contact her again via email she blocked me. I would not reccomend using this company. If you read the past feedback this shows how bad the services are.
The bus is horrible to ride on. The drivers always turn the air conditioning on freezing, whether it's winter or summer. Most uncomfortable coach's I've ever travelled with
Around 3:56 at waitemata rugby club bus stop “120” when I took it, 14 February 2024 This kid seemed to be new at taking buses like it was his first time and when the bus came and we walked in the kid didn’t know what to do but just walked in and didn’t tag on, The bus driver lady started to grab to on the kids schoolbag and shout “AY TAG ON” and the kid seemed nervous like he didn’t know what to do. Please fix your drivers not to treat kids like that! Wish i could put less then 1 star, just fix your drivers or maybe or just get them fired since thats what they deserve.
