Food Coaching - Nutrition for wellness and weight management. Enjoy the support, education, inspiration and accountability needed to achieve health and weight goals with my 3 and 6 month food coaching programs.
Small Group Training - an affordable, fun way for clients to take advantage of my expertise at a lower financial investment, all while keeping the fun and competitiveness of a group dynamic with 3 to 8 people.
$20 per person for 3 people - 45 minute session
$15 per person for 4 or more people - 45 minute session
Personal Training - train with me exclusively.
$30 - 30 minute Session
$45 - 45 minute session
Personal Training - train with me and one other
$25 per person - 30 minute session
