I've been to Stef for a few sessions now and I love and appreciate her energy, compassion and support. I would definitely recommend her for massage, energy work and psych-k!

The most wonderful massage I have ever had. Very professional and made me feel so comfortable and relaxed. Highly recommend to anyone needing a massage that provides both pain relief and relaxation.

After a session with Stef I feel calm and empowered to negotiate life again. She has a special gift. I feel heard and she gives me the tools to be mindful and present with my life. When I feel unsure and unbalanced I will make an appointment with Stef and she helps me get back on track. I highly recommend her.

I went to see Stef for a psych k session and wow, the shifts that take place from just that 1 hour session were incredible. I will be going back to keep on top of things and for regular tune ups. Thanks Stef.

Good food and drinks great service GF Friendly....

Went in for a Pregnancy massage with Stef, and am so happy that I was able to enjoy such an awesome, relaxing experience. My husband had an energizing zen massage with Pascal and was also so very impressed with the experience. We highly recommend both Stef and Pascal, it was an excellent start to our anniversary weekend.
