Walked in ready to spend after having a great experience with NZO kit in the past. Plenty of staff with no other customers and they all completely ignored me. Tried to get someone's attention but got nothing, so I just left.

While touring, I broke my left crank arm. The kind folks at NZO Ride Central expedited a crankset and had it available the next day as I limped into the shop. Within about 30 minutes, my new crankset was installed and I was ready for the next stage. Fantastic service!
Took my bike in Labour Day weekend with a broken spoke. Promptly fixed while we had a coffee. Very friendly and helpful staff. Got back on the trails for an afternoon of fun.
