"Ricks bakery" is a small artisan bakery located in beautiful Parua Bay village in Whangarei, New Zealand. We bake in a small commercial kitchen and sell at the local markets, and to our wholesaling costumers. The baking we do is all hand crafted and done from scratch using the finest ingredients. We avoid taking shortcuts and all ways ensure our costumers are satisfied first. We specialise in a range of savoury & sweet pastries including; croissants, danishes, strudels, turnovers, quiches, pasties, Spanish empanadas, calzones & much more. We also cover a range of artisan breads, including French baguettes, sour dough loafs, Italian focaccia, ciabatta & brioche.
