Our new Property Manager: Simon Edge, B&T Pukekohe has really made a positive impression on us. We has picked up all the broken pieces from a previous property manager that was not performing well and had left us hanging. Simon has proved to be responsible and forthcoming. He has helped us to resolve a number of issues and has put us at ease. He has also given us some helpful recommendations. Definitely a 5 star performer with excellent communication!

10/10 - Excellent from start to finish! Chris Courteaud was fantastic to work with. It's a scary process for anyone selling their home but we felt very much at ease with Chris. His knowledge and understanding of our requirements and expectations was top tier. Always at hand, responding to queries promptly and he kept us in the loop throughout the entire journey. Thankfully, it was a short journey, with an offer/under contract very early on and we firmly believe Chris' abundance of skills and experience helped here. We're hoping to work closely with Chris again in the search for our new home. He came recommended, didn't disappoint and we would recommend Chris to anyone. Nice work, Chris and thank you!

Whenever we had any problems she was quickly to respond and always helpful! She is just an absolute amazing person to deal with and I would 100% recommend her to have as a property manager!

As a tenant for the last two years and a couple of property managers change I still feel like I've been treated with respect and warmth from the team at Barfoot. Especially through flooding events earlier this year. I find them fair and firm. Easy communication too. Happy to go back through them again in the future..
