My lovely mother passed away almost 5 weeks ago. Richmond Funeral Home was one I saw on the list given by the hospital and felt like that was the one mum wanted. From the moment we called them, to the numerous emails, phone calls, visits, service and still to this day, Richmond Funeral Home has gone above and beyond. They dealt with my 2 brothers and I with us emailing all over the place trying to organize a funeral, very badly sent photos were cropped and made into an amazing tribute video. A celebrant contacted was organized and had contacted us, pick up and drop off of mum was organized effortlessly, any issues were handled immediately. Richmond Funeral Home staff went above and beyond all expectations and at an extremely affordable price. We weren't pressured to do anything we weren't comfortable with, we weren't rushed while grieving, the food and drink at the service was lovely. For us, not knowing anything about a funeral, we absolutely were in great hands. I can't recommend this place enough and will continue to recommend this place to many others.nnTo all the staff, thank you so much, I appreciate everything you did, right down to the very small details, you made mums funeral a succes and something to truly remember. All the gifts we have received to treasure mums memory will be cherished by so many family members, I couldn't have asked for anything better. Thank you
