The staff were very friendly and helpful despite being very busy. The theaters were clean and comfortable, and the selection of movies was much wider than most cinemas.
Great films, clean and comfy theatres, good price and it has a bar. Pleasant service. Screens perhaps a little small and no free parking and the little lights on the stairs inside theatre are to bright/distracting but definitely be back again and again.

Good atmosphere and choice of movies. Cinema needs a refresh of paint new seats and a bit of decor . Seats are old and worn out . Lobby is good can grab wine and some food .
Rialto is not only looking a bit tired but also and a rather BIGGY!! is that it is infested with pantry MOTHS!! .. this is the third time after many many months that I personally have been to the Rialto and for the third time in a row my movie was ruined by an enormous amount of PANTRY MOTHS flying around ..well an infestation.. really disgusting ..each time I think they will have sorted this out.. after months in between each visit ..there we go again up a sleeve on my ears well and every where .. I will not be back until I hear that the infestation of pantry moths are gone .. and chemicals to rid the moths are safe SAFE..for humans!! If at all ..
Went and saw the secrets of dumbledoor I had a large popcorn a kumara fries and a coke to share with my partner. The cinemas were nice and clean and the bathrooms very tidy. Good experience and the lady at the counter was friendly and welcoming
Generally I have had lovely experiences at this cinema, but this evening I felt a maggot crawl up my leg which was extremely gross and makes me question the cleanliness of the place. A true shame.
This was a lovely cinema to spend a rainy Auckland afternoon in. They have bar facilities available and decent New Zealand wines by a variety of glass sizes or the bottle. The staff are lovely. Comfortable seats with great sound. A good variety of movies on offer too.
I had to see the movie FLEE and all these wonderful film fest films are always at RIALTO... one of my favourite places in the world! The real treat is Kapiti Icecream in a cup. Bravo Rialto. I love you.
Went to a movie here which was great. The ticketing facilities were very good. The choice of food and drinks looked enticing too although I didn't want any refreshments. The overall look of the Rialto Centre looked very clean and tidy.
