I absolutely loved my time at Resolution Retreats, firstly the standard of the accommodation and its facilities were immaculate. It was definitely a beautiful place to unwind. 5 wholesome healthy meals which were all delicious. But the workshops were a highlight for me, being able to understand how and why our body is how it is. I now have a clearer understanding on gut health, fermented foods, mental & physical health. My weekend was a big 10 out of 10 for me. Thank you to the staff at Resolution Retreat for the warm welcome you gave us on arrival. Thank you Casey you were an amazing host i thoroughly enjoyed my time with you. I will be continuing on my health & fitness journey, and cannot wait to return in the future.
Really enjoyed my 3 day retreat last week. The retreat was well worth the cost. If your open minded and want a change that is profound and can be put to practice in real life this place is a good start. The individuals chalets are comfortable and spacious - even if you are sharing. The daily pampering is a real treat and all the staff are an amazing bunch of multitasking women who are so lovely and welcoming. A really great place to get away from everyday hustle and bustle, focus on yourself and be well looked after. I will definitely be back
I was blown away with how amazing this retreat was and the immediate impact it has had on my life. I loved the opportunity to relax and learn some great things to implement in my life. The facilities are beautiful, I loved chilling out in the sauna, pool and spa and being able to look at Maungatautari from all over the resort. I'm only one week out from the retreat and I can't believe how great my work week has been after implementing some of the tips that I picked up from the brilliant speakers that I got to listen to. THANK YOU!!!
I was very nervous entering the retreat, but I was immediately made to feel very welcome. There was so much on offer, and the food was amazing. It was a great mixture of pampering, workouts, socialisation, and the workshops gave me excellent tools to come home with and continue my journey at home. I cannot rate the retreat highly enough and will definitely be returning.
The retreat is exactly what I needed as a gentle but knowledge and opportunity filled break from hectic work and family life. Wonderful staff, beautiful facilities, world class treatments and excellent food. I feel relaxed, well, and armed with the knowledge and motivation I need to take the principles back to the real world. Progress not perfection. Would recommend to any woman at any stage. I was there 3 years ago, and felt I needed a "full repeater" for 7 days. I loved every bit about it: beautiful food, professional sport options, amazing salt-water pool and sauna, relaxing beauty treatments, yoga and mindfulness, cooking presentations, workshops, and all of this in a wonderful setting. Most importantly the kindness and flexibility of all facilitators. You are the stars of the retreat: Jo, Lauri, Carly, Tiffany, Casey and Lynda, the spa team and the "secret" kitchen helpers. Also, the other 19 women were a beautiful crew, sharing lots of stories, laughter, and trust. Last but not least the great guest facilitator presentations from Vinka and Anna. Such a success bringing a nurse and a hormone specialist on board within the retreat. I learned in every workshop something new. I do not regret doing it again. I followed several "facts of the day" over the last 3 years, and it made truly a positive difference to my health/well-being, and after this time, I will take a few more into my daily life. I was wanting a "health reset" and Resolution Retreats had everything I was looking for: pampering, education, and an opportunity to take myself away from everything and focus on my health & wellbeing. The food was excellent and they cater to dietary preferences the facilities were top-notch, the location was beautiful and the facilitators were a wonderful group of women who entertained, educated & inspired us all. I found that it was the perfect mix of workshops, activities and downtime - these people know what makes a good retreat! I highly recommend this if you get the opportunity. Thanks again to Jo and the team - I hope to see you all again one day.
I went on the the 3 day/2 night retreat. A fabulous way to reset and learn how to reboot healthy eating and exercise. A great group of women on the retreat and a great team to guide us along the way. So informative. A busy schedule with some downtime. Fabulous accomodation. If you are thinking about going on retreat then stop thinking and just do it!
I was lucky enough to have a 4 day/3 night stay at Resolution Retreats in January. It was an amazing experience from beginning to end; the retreat team are amazing, multi-skilled, very friendly and a pleasure to be around. Having my own villa was lovely, the spa treatments were awesome, meals were extremely tasty with the team catering to individual requirements. I came to the retreat to be pampered and recharged, while others came to enjoy exercise and the workshops. The other women on the retreat were amazing, very friendly and were there for a variety of reasons. I had been looking forward to the retreat for so long and it was even better than I expected. Definitely would recommend and have already booked my next one!
I very much enjoyed my time at the retreat, I could easily have stayed on for a few more days. I came away feeling relaxed and very spoilt. The premises were awesome and the chalets were great. I picked up many tips from the lovely and enthusiastic team, which I am putting into practice at home, it definitely helped to get me back on track with my health and fitness. Highly recommended.
