Had a small birthday dinner here in downstairs private section. Busy spot however still a nice ambient feel inside Good, kind and attentive customer service - staff done really well under pressure as it was a busy Thursday night. Food was good + portion size & price. Surf & turf in particular was yummy and mussels. The steak chips were bomb!!! Photos don't show how amazing they are.. Ribs probably won't order again. keen to go back and try other things on menu
Great atmosphere! The food is always on point especially their Pizzas. They make the best cocktails. Excellent service from the staff. They ways come clear the tables when they see we are done with our meals. There are lots of seating options indoor for a nice quite dinning and outdoor with music playing or just watching a sports game. Weekends tend to get very busy. Great location and plenty of parking as it is right next to the Manukau Westfield Mall. Parking: The restaurant is located right outside the Manukau Westfield Mall so plenty of parking spots.
A salute my love this place! Especially coming here for a nice lunch or evening dinner. Prices in my opinion are slightly high but I’ll have to admit, it’s really worth it. Portion sizes are perfect as well. If I had to recommend one meal, it would have to be the crispy chicken burger! Close runner-up would be any of the pizzas they have too

Usually love the vibe here. Good drinks, food and atmosphere. However, recently stopped in for a few drinks after a long day Xmas shopping. To be specific, on Saturday 10 Dec 2022 around 4pm. So you can pin point who this duty manager is. On this day, I was served by the lovely female bartenders. The Asian bartender, made the best cocktails. Honestly, the best So I return to get the same cocktail, but she was busy, so the duty manager made the cocktail I asked for. He made it completely different. And added Lemonade to "water down" if you will, the cocktail. Lemonade is not an ingredient in the cocktail. I asked him why does this taste different to the cocktail I just had? He said, what's wrong with it? I said it has Lemonade in it. At this point, he throws a big tantrum, and gathers all the bartenders and growls all of them for not adding Lemonade in my cocktail, in front of me. How unprofessional! I said it doesn't have Lemonade in the ingredients. He growls me, and says what do you want in it then? I said, what it says on the menu. He says and what juice? I said the one on the menu. Mango juice. He says we don't have mango juice So he gives pineapple and cranberry. I apologized to the girl because I didn't mean to get them in trouble and I honestly felt so bad for them. You got caught trying to change the ingredients in my drink and tried to blame it on your staff. How bloody unprofessional. Take accountability. And then to scold your customer for asking for the drink they paid for? That's my money!!! I spent on that drink. You don't go changing the menu to suit your pockets!
Easy parking, good chips. Didn't have a meal, just there for work drinks. Not our first choice of venue but someone forgot to book a table at a fantastic competing bar that sounds like Would Slide down the road real name not used to keep review 'valid'. They ran out of Malibu after supplying just one, had no lemonade, no Southern Comfort, no apologies. Toilets are upstairs and isolated, not ideal. Venue itself lacks good lighting and feels neglected. Past it's glory days.
Pleasantly surprised. Small pre Christmas team meal. Booked table on line. The allocated table was a bit high traffic they happily relocated us to a quiet corner. Food portions large and we'll presented, fairly priced. Will visit againFood: 4/5
The staff here are always attentive when we go there ready with a menu..This is the place we like to go spoil ourselves. The food is real good..And the jug of beer is even great.. There's a waitress there that always serves us when we go in she is an absolute angel i love and enjoy her hospitality. And the new manager I assume who's always ready to greet people make them feel comfortable at the same time doing everything else to ensure things are running smoothly. I highly recommend this place no doubt!
Had brunch with cousin.Customer service top notch, I guess because they had just opened when we arrived. Cleanliness; when going in, the floor was sticky, and smell of previous night was lingering Food; ordered Sailor platter, first look when it arrived great, then started to eat, it was not great, Ika was dry even with mornay sauce, gray fish was of illegal size and not worth cooking up, mussels still had its beards, and not cleaned properly, the green salad was very watery, I guess it came from watery sliced gherkins, the greens was quite soggy, good idea to mix salad thoroughly before serving, other shellfish was dry, it didn't help when chef covers it with spices and it was rubbery, prawn twister and crumbled prawn was the only thing I enjoyed. When serving seafood platter, seafood should be fresh, especially when your paying $90. We asked for take away boxes, I took it home and feed the cats.
Service was great, nice indoor/outdoor flow, very spacious inside for dining and room hire for special occassions. Not sure if they had happy hour on saturday as we were never told about it and didnt see any signs of happy hour. I woudnt say the pizza was worth $25 though....bit too pricey for just bacon, bit of chicken, cheese and bbq sauce.....also got the steak and chips w/mushroom sauce, would not recommend the mushroom sauce...it was more like gravy with the taste, again pricey with just chips, steak and mushroom sauce...no vegies or salad comes with it meal.....
