Had a issue with my starter motor for my boat, popped into the shop and the crew here were so helpful, a odd one to sort as it’s not a car but they found one and got me on my waynnAppreciate the help!

Everything you should expect in a REPCO. Staff here are very helpful. Very small shop but carries everything pretty well. Prices are nowhere near as good as opposition retailers, and that's unfortunate.n6/8/24: called in today for a specialist tool, staff member Barney was totally onto it, identified bolt size and left shop to test on car, job done. Young guy didnt have to, but gave service beyond what i expected. Thats why i shop local.
My elderley mum went into purchase a car battery at Warkworth Repco and a gentleman offered to fit the battery for her, but the rude woman told him no !! This meant she had to go home and swap batteries over herself. I think this branch needs to revise their customer service skills as there are alot of elderly people living in that area.
Great service, went to pick up a set of wiper blades for my sons car, and was greeted with a happy cheeky smile, almost worth going there to spend some cash just for the smile you get.nnNot like some other places where you feel that you are an annoyance to the staff.
