My elderley mum went into purchase a car battery at Warkworth Repco and a gentleman offered to fit the battery for her, but the rude woman told him no !! This meant she had to go home and swap batteries over herself. I think this branch needs to revise their customer service skills as there are alot of elderly people living in that area.
Click and Collect from Whangarei. Quick, easy and friendly staff member to serve me. Highly recommended.
Most of the spare parts is available, staffs Mr.Matt are very friendly and helful.
Helpful staff.nA little disappointed that they did not have the part I needed.
