Very good customer service. Big recommendation. Got what we were looking for, with excellent advice by tayne.
Very helpful even to the lady assistant carrying the battery to my car - I couldn't lift it! Superb service
I visited the Repco Te Puke store and was being assisted by one salesman, he assisted me well. During this interaction, another salesman nearby laughed and turned around. This behaviour made me hesitant to ask further questions. We expect a professional and respectful environment when seeking assistance, and I hope management addresses this behaviour.
Four servers passed me in the store, not one asked If they could help. Finally found what I wanted, then a wait at the trade.counter. Replaced the items and walked out. The days of customer service are rapidly disappearing.
Hayden from Te Puke store, you were amazing!!!! He was so friendly and helpful. He could see my frustration with my broken down car and was so sympathetic. He listened to me and even helped me to try figure out what could be the problem.
