Disappointed no stock and waited for 45 minutes still no call back on price when I rang back. Your supposed to be a tool shop.
Long overdue review, but definitely the best customer service and literally saved me. I travelled from Hamilton to Kaitaia for a birthday and didn’t realise til i was up there that my coolant cap had fallen off. Although they had none in store, one of the workers let me take his one and i was able to buy a new one that was sent to the store at a later date. I will forever appreciate their kindness, wouldn’t have made it home without their help. Such a great and kind store.
