Long overdue review, but definitely the best customer service and literally saved me. I travelled from Hamilton to Kaitaia for a birthday and didn’t realise til i was up there that my coolant cap had fallen off. Although they had none in store, one of the workers let me take his one and i was able to buy a new one that was sent to the store at a later date. I will forever appreciate their kindness, wouldn’t have made it home without their help. Such a great and kind store.

I went to this store earlier today at 12:25pm and was served by Jess. I purchased 1x light bulb and 1x window wipers. I watched the other guy serve another customer also wanting window blades. The difference in service was what has brought me here. One customer has had their window wipers changed and one has not. I am a young looking 67year old kaumatua yes but i was under the assumption that we helped pensioner's. She proceeded to change the window wiper blades of the customer after me so i am aware she is capable of the task. I am unsure as to why i was treated differently.
