I came to buy a headlight bulb last Sunday and the guy with the cool tatoos and brown hair sorry don’t remember his name was incredibly helpful. Best customer service around and made my day! Thank you! The lady who was also there was very friendly and ready to help, so all round 11/10 service :
Needed new bulbs for headlights, was told that I needed to take out the bulbs myself so they could provide me with replacements advised to watch a YouTube tutorial how to do so.. asked why the part can’t be looked up with car rego model etc was told it’s not accurate enough. Have since gone to a mechanic for the replacement. I remember the days you could go to these stores and not only buy the product you need but have assistance and service on how to fix they even used to replace things on site. Sad to see now days two people in store full of stock and a computer full of info but able to offer no help. Won’t be using the store in future.
Went to my local store whom didn’t have the product I required. The silverdale branch showed 2 in stock. Upon arrival the staff simply said we don’t have it. I explained I’ve driven 30 minutes and was told it’s in stock. He then looked out back and returned to say, no. Pointless experience
I ordered online. I went to the Silverdale branch to collect. They supplied CVT transmission fluid instead of the LV fluid that I ordered. If I had not spotted the difference my transmission would have been destroyed. There was no apology for this careless mixup.
Lee was extremely helpful and saved me a lot of time and money with a little extra effort.
