First timers, young chap approached with gust to assist, in what we were after. Stoked with service like that.nWe found the item went back to the counter, and as soon as the phone rang, he dumped us, for the incoming call. He got a sale, he was off to the next, not seeing us through to the end.nAlbeit two other staff, were on too, who could've taken the call.nThe lovely lady on that day, took care of us in the end, finalizing our purchase and faith restored.nI'm all for Rangatahi Taiohi taking lead, but value us to the end familia, not just over the sale line, we will spend more, and come back

Came in on a Saturday with a busted lower radiator hose. While the team didn't have the part that I needed, Lily and Brad were invaluable with advice and an extra hand where needed. Strongly recommend they both get a raise for their excellent customer service.
