My husband and I have been using the team at Rental HQ for 6 years now and have loved our experience with them. They go above and beyond for their clients. They stay up to date on changes in legislation and with the rapidly changing environment this can be a full-time job in and of itself. I cannot think of a more professional and dedicated property management company. I would highly recommend Rental HQ to anyone in need of a property management services.

Amazing service! They will bend over backwards to make you happy! They manage our property and the property is well maintained, the sourced tenants are excellent, the inspections are done timely, their fees are GREAT, the service is STUNNING! I've witnessed the way they have handled previous bad tenants and applaud them. Highly recommended.

Rental HQ is one of many agencies where my company services their portfolio. I do all the Healthy Home Inspections and have been working alongside with Abby and her team for more then 7 years. One thing that makes this Agency stand out is when there has been issues, we have always worked together to resolve it. The fact that the same team have been working together for the whole time since I've worked with them shows they have a healthy work environment. The property managers are sharp and very pro active. They keep me on my toes! Which is awesome as from a Landlord/Tenant perspective, they are getting taken care of.

We were scared to rent our house out again as had some terrible experience before but decide to try and get a property manager and they were great. She made it so easy for me, she knows the legislation well, found me great tenants and im really happy with their process. Would never go back to organizing myself

I recently signed a lease with rental hq and I am very pleased with how helpful our property manager has been. Shannon from rental hq made the process of moving much less stressful and provided a great deal of help to me throughout the process of applying. Tenants neglected property and manager should have been on top of it. Holes in walls, burns and heavy stains in carpets, burns in the bathroom sink, home made weapons, 20 + lightbulbs missing, obvious paraphernalia. Not mentioned on routine inspections. It wasn't until I personally inspected that we made the call to give notice. Very expensive to recondition. We are now much happier with new management. In response to owner's reply: I have extensive photos that I am happy to upload of the damage, weapons and paraphernalia and you're all well aware of these things as discussed.
