100% the best massage therapist I’ve had in a long time. I’ve had issues with muscle tensions in my upper back and neck for 15+ years. From competitive sports when I was younger, a nasty car accident 6+ years ago, and a craniotomy that has left me with scar tissue build up, I always know I am in good hands and in for a treat with Sindy at Body Rest Massage. Sindy takes the time to study your individual anatomy and works hard to pinpoint specific areas needing TLC. Post massage, she gives you a synopsis on her findings and suggestions on how to maintain till your next appointment. Not only is Sindy knowledgeable, skilled, and professional, her warm and friendly soul is so comforting. She is truly a wonderful human and rest assured you will be in excellent care with her. Highly recommend!
The website is very easy to make an appointment on, location was easy to find, and is very warm and cozy inside. Tricia Flora worked on me and she was amazing. My body is much looser the next day, even a little sore, which is a good sign that she loosened up my tissues and muscles. Already scheduled my next appointment with her!
Donna and her staff are superb. The office and rooms are clean and comfortable. While they do not work directly with insurance providers, you should check on whether you are eligible for a reimbursement from your insurance or your FSA/HSA.
Hi his is my favorite massage place in the Bay Area. I’m super picky about massages and they are the best. Professional and on point for deep tissue or pre-natal. You name it. If you are looking for experienced professionals, this is the place.
My girlfriend and I were disappointed with the massage service and really didn't leave feeling any better than we came in. On the pricey end for the quality of service.
