Rembrandt at home

Just collected a piece of cross-stitch I had framed here, and a picture which needed a mat inside a frame I had, and am thrilled with both. An excellent job, very happy.

Shop is so interesting I love it. Such a wonderful aray of different selections. Prices are very reasonable for what you get. Parking is great no hassle. A must for a visit

These people know what theyre doing 110%. I've had quite a few pictures and photos framed by them and every one is an art piece now. The creative ideas offered if you are looking for suggestions gives them the edge....... not to mention the warm welcome each time I step inside.

Can't talk more highly of the team at RFA. Great communication, always professional and such a pleasure to deal with. Their products are beautiful and finished to the highest of standards. I would highly recommend to anyone.

Excellent service for framing requirements with a full range of frame styles. Very experienced staff offer helpful advice and have a good eye for what works well. Big range of housewares and imported indoor & outdoor household goods including some beautiful furniture, lamps, mirrors, pictures, ornaments etc. Well worth popping in regularly to see what new stuff has arrived.

2 pictures just fell off wall about 3wks apart. String snapped. Done approx 7yrs ago. Frames and glass broken. Living in Australia now, so can't go back. Hopefully, you use wire now, instead.

Have purchased from here a few times, was planning to buy some furniture recently and happened to witness an appalling tantrum by Leon Reiter the manager towards a customer who had a valid complaint. Jaw dropping immature behaviour that turned me right off the man so I left and took my money elsewhere. There was a clear breach of consumer's rights here. This kind of disgraceful treatment of customers gives HB business people a bad name. Shame on you! Goes without saying...my friends, family, staff, acquaintances and I won't be back! The only information the public needs to know is regarding the disgraceful behaviour of the man in charge which I'm an eye witness to. Any good retailer/manager would be more concerned with disciplining/retraining the staff involved and ensuring that they get it right in future. No amount of deflecting/denying the issue will wash with the public! Mike E

There are two parts to this store. The wholesale warehouse and the picture framing business. Each has different hours with the framing business open on Mondays when the Warehouse isn't.
