Relaxury massage and reflexology

Very nice atmosphere to the shop, tidy and clean. The man there did not talk much to give instruction or let you know what he was doing or about to do. I think it wouldve felt a bit more welcoming if he spoke a little more, shown more customer service, but this might be due to a slight language barrier. I had the "Tranquillity package" foot soak, reflexology and massage combo. All sections were good. He found alot of tension spots quickly during the massage and I could feel that he was focusing on those points/areas. It was a bit sore but in the way where you could tell it was going to feel better afterwards. Personally I think it wouldve been better if he had asked about pressure and if it was too hard etc.. then adjusted. But im happy, and booked it for a good deal via Grabone.

Just had a Wonderful massage with Jackie. A very intuitive masseuse who took cues on where i was hurting and did magic, without being aggressive or overstrong. Lovely atmosphere too, very welcoming. I will be back. Many thanks! Jen:-

Great massage. Very clean and tidy. The guy knows what he is doing, rather than just providing a generic massage he focused on the areas where I had the most knots and issues. I walked away feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. Calm atmosphere. He didn't talk to much and just got on with the job which I appreciated.

I got the Tranquility package on GrabOne, which included a foot soak, reflexology and massage. Best massage I have had in a long time. Great value with the GrabOne.

Poor service. I asked the therapist to focus on my hip 4 times. She didn't do that at all. The room was freezing cold so it wasn't comfortable getting a massage and she wore gloves while massaging my feet. Overall 2 stars max. You are better off going elsewhere for your treatment.

Purchased the Relaxury Pamper Package. Very poor value for money. Body massage was back and neck and scalp only. No interaction or conversation from the male staff member about pressure or specific needs. Not a professional Spa experience at all. I'd never go back.

My husband and I booked a 1 hour full body massage each as a treat during our holiday. We were very disappointment with service from the start to the end. Customer service is lacking greatly there is no clear instructions when you are taken to your room to get undressed and you don’t feel very welcomed. The massage itself is average, we were suppose to get a full body massage but parts of our body were completely missed. My husband didn’t get his arms done, no front of legs, no feet, no hands. Also trying to upsell to my husband during the massage. My therapist was listening to something on headphones during my massage which is just rude and unprofessional. Was NOT worth the $190 we spend and would not return.

First time customer and I’m more than impressed. The foot reflexology was so good and the back massage super! The therapist concentrated on the knots in my back, shoulders and glute area which is where I was most sore. The best massage I have had in a long time. Really good value for money and staff very friendly.

Very poor massage, masseuse didn’t know much English and I didn’t get any reflexology- told it wasn’t in my package but I’m sure it was.
