Excellent service and highly recommended! Called to order before opening time, speak politely and took my order. When i arrived, i asked to pay for a takeaway chinese tea to go with my dim sum, the lady gave a big cup of tea for free and said, "you got to enjoy your dim sum with the tea, no charge". Taste of the chicken feet and bbq bun is almost best in town! Will come back!

Very nice dinner we had, everything we had was yum! the deep dried dumplings are a must have, for under $100 we had 4 starters and two mains and a drink each. Will be back for sure. Massive portions too. One main would easily go between two persons

First and last time to go. The tea was used by pervious guest. Can you imagine this is the tea served after 5mins you arrived the store. very disappointed for the food.

A friend recommended we try this restaurant. We're glad we did. We ordered: roast duck noodle in soup, deep fried pork ribs with salt & pepper, deep fried green bean with mince. Friendly staff, food was delicious. We will be back!

We visited this place last week and it was absolutely lovely experience, I came with my friends from China, delicious food and good service but today, OMG, it was so dissatisfied and absolutely not polite, the lady tried to sell me more than I wanted and ordered, I don't like so pushing service but it's all right.... I've asked to change one Yam Cha side, just to replace prawns on the Tofu, because I ordered tosts but I've confused a bit and asked to change it, I just didn't know exactly what was the meal is and was shy to ask, because the waiter wasn't friendly enough... The side wasn't touched and I expected that it can be changed with no any problems, but it wasn't, It would take only a couple of minutes to change this small thing, I didn't ask something incredible, only that... Hope they will improve their approach to the customers, because food actually is very good here P. S. I was here not first time and before we always had an excellent service when I came with my friends from China... And this time I was in so good mood and wanted to enjoy my visit but I've confused a bit...I only asked to replace bread and tofy, I know exactly that it is not hard at all,it doesn't cost much for the restaurant... you guys could use the same prawns and put in on the Tofu instead bread, I expected kind attitude but didn't get it... so we didn't touch any food and just left because your service hurted me and I apologise that I didn't pay but nothing was touched and I would like to remind you, that when I came before order and during service the waiter tried to sell me more and more, i accepted that as a rather rude behaviour.. And I was sure that you appreciate your customers much more... Sorry about that anyway, but I hope I explained everything, my actions was caused only by your attitude. It is sad for me to see that a restaurant with so delicious food can't provide the best service.

The service was really poor. There was a hair in the food, we told the waiter and he took it away without apologizing, we asked for another bowl, he said get it yourself vaguely pointing at another part of the restaurant behind some nook where they had bowls, when I asked for the check he didn’t come either. This grown man was acting like a petulant child who was on time out for bad behavior and that we were the parents. It was so bad it felt like he was a plant from a competing restaurant. Never experienced this level of non service before in any restaurant. They also had a waitress who was a lot better otherwise I would have given them 1 star. Food was meh. Would not recommend.

The service not bad, but We were disappointed with the food on our daughter birthday last weekend. We booked for five big tables for our guests and ordered 10 top menu for each table. Most of the food was pre- cook and specially lobster not fresh and no meet as normal. We spent more than $5,000.00 for food but got complains and disappointed news from our guests. Never come back again.

The food was pretty good, we ordered from the lunch menu but was confusing as they were also doing yum cha at the same time. We didn't know if we were receiving our order or something extra off the yum cha trolley. Staff didn't speak very good English and for what we got we think we were overcharged. Typical for such places. They lose an extra point because of the non-sensicle reply that didn't speak to the problems we encountered.

i had staff dinner here today and we loved it. flavour is decent, and each portion is enough to share for 7 people. we ordered 8 dishes for 7 people and it was enough for all of us. they have main branch in Rotorua, and it is also a must try chinese restaurant well done
