What a delightful find! This hidden lake reserve exceeded our expectations in every way. After quick, easy park just meters from the water, we were greeted by breathtaking views that felt like a scene from a painting.nnThe picnic tables and restrooms conveniently located near the car park.nnDon't miss this gem-pack a picnic and make a day out of it! Highly recommended!
Boat ramp to launch onto the lake. Great views across to Mokoia Island.
Beautiful spot on a nice day. Archie was a fan. Public toilet is a 1/10 without paper.
We bought some lunch and decided to have it at the Reserve. It was a lovely stop to sit and eat our lunch. We didn't have enough time to wander around the walkways so maybe next time. It seemed to be popular with dog walkers.
