As a new member, I'm absolutely loving being a part of Redefined Papamoa - I feel like I've finally found my place and my people! The staff are so professional and knowledgeable - you can tell they genuinely care about each person who walks through the door. The range of classes is amazing, and I really appreciate how the trainers can tailor exercises to suit any injuries or limitations. I always feel like I’m in safe hands here. The physios are awesome too, and I'm absolutely loving the workshops. It's such a beautiful space. Highly recommend!!
“Redefined” has redefined my gym experience.nThis gym is welcoming, warm, helpful and supportive as soon as you walk in the door. What sets them apart is the way they facilitate classes and the rooms they hold these in. The space is a feel good zone where all levels, walks of life, ages all come together. The inclusive atmosphere had me excited to come back after my first class. Id felt intimidated by the loudness and outlay of other gyms that incorporate lots of mirrors, and feeling like I didn’t belong.nnRedefined has helped me feel like I have a place to work out and that no matter how unfit, you’re included and welcomed. The staff are approachable and really take the time to get to know each member, by name. I love this place!
