Have been with red lid on and off for a few years with my garden bin & garden bag, and recently used their skip bins twice. Their customer service is superb. Over the years, the drivers collected my bin from the backyard when I'd forgotten to put it on the kerb. Steve would answer all my questions, requests, and orders on the same day or next. Recently, I ordered two skips, and they were both delivered on the same days that I ordered them separate orders. Came here unprompted to leave a 5-star review as I have really appreciated their service and recommend them.
We’ve been a customer for 5 years and the service has always been 5 stars. When I forget to put the bin out, they come and get it from my property. The accounts dept were great when we changed frequency and moved house. Completely hassle free, highly recommended.
