Friendliest people and super supportive environment. Not intimidating whatsoever. Suitable to people of all abilities. The place to be if you want to have fun and make friends while getting fit.
This is a amazing team of people and an amazing place to feel great and getting fit... I've been here 6 weeks and love every Elements class...
Friendly and welcoming. The new "Elements" class is really great for beginners, but it gives a good workout as well.
If you want to give crossfit, strength and conditioning a go....with some yoga in there as well.....look no further....perfect for beginners looking to have a life changing experience.
