We loved it here, clean facilities. Goodnvibes. There's an arcade here with old-school desk sized machines for free. Check the rules poster for play.nFriendly, helpful staff.nCute tuck shop for coffees and ice cream etc.nQuick easy walk to the beach. Local life guards to help keep you safe.nWould definitely recommend.
We had a two night stay in the Deluxe cottage which was well equipped, very clean and comfortable. Being able to sleep 3 children in a separate bedroom was a great relief as this has been difficult to find in other accommodation. I had several phone calls to the office prior to our stay and each person I spoke with was extremely polite, friendly and helpful. Having spent many many years as a child staying at pinewoods motor camp every holidays at a family bach it was fantastic to return and experience the wonderful location so close to the beach. We were pleased to see that it still caters so well for families with kids. The Pinecone for takeaways is a great addition. We travel regularly to the area with our 3 grandchildren and this will definitely be our preferred place to stay .
Sites are very crowded together - awkward maneuvering around, and very close to neighbouring plots.nHowever the toilet and shower facilities are superb - spacious, clean, well thought out and good water pressure.nAnd it is right by a nice cove and beach.
Nothing particularly bad nor remotely negative about this location everywhere is scenic, stores are close and for the purpose of being here you're properly facilitated so definitely a satisfying visit if you're planning on enjoying an affordable stay.
Fantastic place to stay, especially with kids. Everything is well thought out and the location with the beach on hand is fantastic.
