Great food, love it. Now make pasties in the right way. Worth a visit, often queues but have excellent efficient staff so you won't wait long. It's worth it for fresh beautiful food.
Had a Chicken feta and spinach pie, a steak pepper pie, a sausage roll and quichenAll lacked a bit of salt, it was generously filled but could have had more flavor. Not bad but not the best.nIt was our first time and it felt a bit rushed, not really having time to properly decide what we wanted.nHad some sweet lemon tart and apple cream donut for desert as well and it was better than the savouries.
Best pie ever! Grew up with this little gem.nnTheir pie crust is flaky on the top and buttery on the bottom, not dry at all. The steak and cheese and mince and cheese pies are filled with generous amount of meat and gravy.nnAlso fav items are their donuts - plain cream donuts, apple cream donuts and coffee cream donuts.nnLots of variety of bake goods to choose from, a couple of tables and chairs outside for seating.
Best bakery that I’ve ever tried. Food is always 5 stars and the staff are always so lovely. Their coffees are fantastic as well. Will always choose this place over anywhere else!
