Are your clothes clean?
Do you have more than 5 items?
Are they no older than 3-5 years old?
Are they in excellent condition with no damage?
Are your shoes free from damage and marks?
Are you aware that it is totally up to you to keep track of your things in store?

And NO to these questions-

Will you be upset if your items are sent to charity?
Are they on our unwanted brands list (enquire instore for this)?
