Hours of the Mosgiel branch are rubbish, not open on 'Cheap Chewsdays', not open for lunch ever. The Reburger website is a hot mess, all design and no information. Burgers are alright for the money, not great not terrible.

Wow! Staff is fantastic! I went in there tonight to collect my order after ordering off the app. I made a mistake and sent it all the way into the town store. Staff was very quick to correct this mistake and rang up the town store to correct the issue. They then whipped up my order in no time at all - 10 minutes tops. Which I thought was fantastic for the amount of food we ordered! Not every store would do this! This was greatly appreciated and I will be coming back! : Please, put praise towards the staff working there last night! Great customer service, great burgers and chips and fantastic size portions! No one was left hungry!
Went in on a Thursday night and ordered loaded fries. 1 person in shop before me. 1 couple came in to get a takeaway. 3 people came in after me. Still waiting, all up for about 35 mins. Phone ringing not being answered, slack customer service.
The burgers are 10/10 but sometimes some of the staff can come off a little unfriendly. They are probably just stressed from working all day but it makes me feel awkward when they don’t smile or greet me when I walk in.
Burger itself ok. What was not ok at Mosgiel branch was clear view into kitchen of staff member sitting on food prep area with knees drawn up so her shoe sole was on stainless food prep area. She removed her butt and shoe when overheard me complaining to guy on counter. I hope my daughter does not get sick tonight off of this.
The burgers here are absolutely fantastic — my personal favourite is the Holy Smoke. Burgers come in Chicken or Beef varieties with double-meat options. Takeaway or eat-in options available. Orders take around 10 minutes, but there's an app you can use to preorder.
Great burger!!!! Fresh meat! Cooked to perfection! And really friendly staff! Definitely going back!
