Bad customer service experience, purchased a womens nike top online but needed to change the size, older- middle aged blonde lady at the counter told me to go and look and see if they had the size i wanted, Very uninterested, after an unsuccessful attempt to even find the product i went to ask her again if she can check her computer to see if the store had stock, she informed me it was a waste of time as that wouldnt tell me where it was in the shop. I left the store, very disappointed with the service from this store.
Terrible customer service, bought a gym set for my girlfriend, she told me the sports bra was the wrong size so it hadn’t even been worn I come back with receipt to swap sizes and I’m told I can’t because its lingerie, when I had only been there hours prior. That plus this woman’s attitude middle-aged blonde woman, very disinterested I would’ve given 0 stars if i could.
I can only assume that the customer service is shocking, we were ignored.nI wanted to try on an All Black jersey, standing around waiting and waiting……..and waiting, beside the counter in plain sight.nNot too worry it’s NZ, I’m sure I can find an All Blacks jersey somewhere else.
Today there was no customer service at counter and when a young man did present himself after 2 minutes there was no greeting so i just asked for a voucher. He had no smile amd no manners. The girls that are normally there are really nice and helpful but i did not see them today. Think this lass needs some training on customer service!
Have been in several times and never asked if I needed help, good layout but that's the only positive for me. Terrible customer service and had a pair of adidas scuffs fall apart only 2 weeks after buying them. Took them back but was told it was my fault and would be up to me to repair. I buy my kids shoes there so will have to continue buying from there but will be a quick in and out.
