I have been a customer of Rebel Sports for many years, shopped both online and physically in stores over many locations. Great store and awesome services at the Te Rapa Store. Friendly staff and will go extra mile to help customers. On this occasion Kiara helped me in resolving the request for refund on a pair of shoes, she and the Team went over and beyond, taking accountability, achieving a good outcome. She was also very fast on turning around to reach a decision for me in the end. Thank you heaps, Kiara. Keep up the great work.
Currently under going refurbishing.nAll done looks great!!!nGreat deals on current stock.nParking outside front. There is a play park and toilets out side.nnI have been in the store for 40 minutes I have asked a member of staff at the change rooms to see if any other staff member was able to assist me in the children's shoe section nobody has come to help it's simple maths guys $100 a pair of shoes 5 children its whether you want that amount, can you tell or not I don't need to spend my money here!!!
Purchased shoes for $219.99 in February 2024, come June 2024. The shoes have worn out on the sides. Shoes only lasted five months. Poor quality for the price paid.
Really bad customer service, we were served by an employee named Aimee, she was so rude. I asked for the receipt and she handed me the wrong receipt. She spoke very rudely, and had a bad attitude.
It would be nicer to have purchase points reward perks every time a member shops, something to look forward to every come back. Prices are ok on Black Friday. A lot of brand varieties to choose from. It's an ok store.
