Wow. Very bad customer service. I asked a Staff member on the shop floor, if he had a shirt in a different size. He said he would look it up on the computer.nWell instead he started serving customers totally forgot about me and then he said that he then couldn't help me. After 45 mins of waiting around, thinking he was going to help. I was mad nBAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!
Currently under going refurbishing.nAll done looks great!!!nGreat deals on current stock.nParking outside front. There is a play park and toilets out side.nnI have been in the store for 40 minutes I have asked a member of staff at the change rooms to see if any other staff member was able to assist me in the children's shoe section nobody has come to help it's simple maths guys $100 a pair of shoes 5 children its whether you want that amount, can you tell or not I don't need to spend my money here!!!
Honestly I went to the football section and it was horrible, my son said go to soccer united and then it was amazing, love the service and i end up buying a lot of boots for myself and my son!
Absolutely shocking.No customer service at all .Total shortage of staff.Your footwear area is an absolute disgrace to say the least.Shoes are lying all over the show and no one to help.Im amazed that you are still in business.Like most large retailers in NZ you just don't care about your customers.Be warned no business is to big to go out of business.Never again will you see me in any of your stores.Arrogant bussinesses like yourself should not be in bussiness .
I went in to buy my son a new back pack for school. I got excellent service and a good bargain with 25% off.
