I went in the collect my click and collect parcel. It wasn't ready despite an email from them. I had to repurchase everything. Getting hold of the customer care team was basically impossible. Very long waiting time and no one called me back. Very frustrating indeed.
If I was able to give a no star rating I would have!nnI do not know why Rebel Sport Tauranga has a phone???? No one in this shop seems to know what to do with it. You hold on forever, and finally when someone picks up, they just drop it again or puts it further on hold. You hear the conversations in the background yet no one has the decency to talk or even say “hallo”. This has happened numerous times.nnApparently you are also suppose to get a email with tracking details? Still waiting on that email for my last 7 online orders. And you can check the status of your delivery? Yes sure it’s forever “processing”!nnGet your act together Rebel!!
It's alright, nothing too special. Had some really nice deals for racquets! Service is not that great however, didn't seem to want to be there or I felt like I was bothersome.
I had a really great after-sales service experience here. I bought some shoes from the store last week and found them a bit too big, so I came in to exchange them. The staff told me to just find the right size I needed. I found it easily, but unfortunately, I accidentally tore off the tag while trying on the original shoes. The staff reassured me that it was okay, and the exchange process went smoothly. I'm really happy with the new shoes that fit perfectly. Thanks to the staff for their patient service.
Went in for end of year clearance shoes couldnt find the right size. I asked at checkout if they had 13UK which i couldn't find on the table sale was helped from Reece he got ladders out and searched the back wall and managed to find them!! Thank you, Reece!
