I needed some new sports shoes, this branch had plenty to choose from in the sale. It was so good i came home with 2 pairs. The staff members were friendly& helpful too.
Good for sports equipment. However I find the variety of clothing is lacking in both style and sizes. I wear size 18 on the bottom half and struggle to find anything that fits well and is squat proof. I tend to purchase my clothing elsewhere. Staff are ok, not much acknowledgment whenever I go in there.
The staff member who assisted us with finding tennis shoes for our two budding tennis stars really went the extra mile...he was extremely helpful as he patiently got them fitted with reasonably priced shoes.
Purchase sneakers Thursday,asked if I could exchange,no problem Jay was happy and friendly. Returned the sneakers a day later they where to narrow. Really funny no reaction no hello nothing ,Just refunded and I left. Sad.
A decent sized Rebel with a good range. However, the times I've been here admittedly on big sale weekends the shoe section has been in total disarray. The staff are fairly friendly, but personally I often don't find the sports gear I'm after, which relates to Rebel Sports generally. Still, the sales can be good, so worth a trip if you knkw what you're after.
Nice and helpful staff but fewer options to choose from. End up purchasing next to best.

As it is a Pukekohe store they only get a limited amount of stock compared with say Rebel Silvia Park. So this severely hampers your selection and choice. Service is average at best and staff are really only there to ring up your goods when you pay. The shelves are often missing stock and sizes. One can only wonder if the manager is clinically depressed or just does not care? The store is generally messy with stuff lying on the floor and clothes mixed up. All in all there is significant room for improvement. Its a pity but it seems that unfortunately many big retail chains regard Pukekohe as an after thought....look at the Bunnings..OMG!
Always disappointing. Never have big enough sizing in women's shoes and clothes. Very limited stock especially when sales are advertised. Needs better ordering system.
This place is a real mess. Shoe department in particular. Shelves mostly empty. Shoes on the wrong shelf. Wrong prices on wrong shoes. Surely it wouldn't be too hard to have someone keep on top of this. It's an ongoing problem with this store and has really put me off shopping there.
