This is a great sports shop where you can find almost all types of sports gear and equipment. The staff is very friendly and supportive, making the shopping experience even better. Plus, they offer excellent quality items at great bargain prices. Highly recommended!

We came here for the swimming gears and we had what we needed.nnI like this outlet because it has many sport items, gears and equipment from many brands. It also has clearance and sale items that are really tempting.nnThe staff is friendly and helpful. Check out is no hassle and staff are knowledgeable as well when we ask about particular items.nnThe shop is spacious and it has good layout so it’s easy for those with wheelchairs.nnIt also has parking lots and as it is situated in the mega complex so we can easily visit other shops as well.

I recently visited your store to purchase an item I had seen on the website. After searching through several aisles without success, I approached a polite young man at the counter. He informed me that the item had arrived in stock two days ago and said someone would assist me. A lady standing next to him then went to the back of the store. I returned to the aisle and found her there looking for my shoes. I politely asked, “Is this where I can find them? So that I could help look.” She responded with an attitude, saying, “I’m trying to help you here to find it, mate,” as if she was annoyed that I wanted to help.nnHer tone and body language felt unprofessional—she shook her head as though I was being a bother and quickly rushed to the back. She returned with two sizes, 11.5 and 11, even though I had asked for sizes 11.5 and 12. I tried the 11.5, which didn’t fit, and she handed me the 11, which I assumed was the size 12. When I realized it wasn’t, she seemed irritated, giving me a look that suggested I had communicated my request poorly. She then went back to get the size 12, but by that time, I was frustrated and decided to leave.nnTo the store manager, I urge you to provide better training and education for your staff. This employee’s attitude was far from customer-friendly. She seemed to be letting her personal problems affect her interaction with me. She is not suited for this role if this is how she handles customer service. I recommend other customers avoid this employee—a brown woman in her mid-50s with short hair. Please review the CCTV footage from the incident, which took place on October 25, 2024, between 9:30 and 10:00 a.m., to understand her behavior. A courteous and supportive attitude is essential in retail, and customers should always feel respected and valued.
