Story

The why:

Having worked in a private law firm, a community law centre, and in a private business as a line manager it soon became clear that I like helping people work out problems and solving those problems for them.

There is nothing more rewarding than having someone come to you stressed out, and at times quite emotional, and be able to give them the information or the tools they need to 'fix' the problem. You can literally see the weight lift off their shoulders and know that you truely have assisted them and their organisation in a meaningful and valuable way.

The who:

I have had a large variety of clients, and I love that! I thoroughly enjoy learning about different people, and different industries. It amazes me how simple procedures and policies can be so effective across such a range of industries.

I have clients in both the North and South Island (I am based in Taranaki). I have worked with clients in the Construction Industry, Local Government, Beauty and Hairdressing, Oil and Gas, Hospitality and Farming.


The vision:

I want to be able to arm small organisations, that are doing their very best in this cut throat world with the necessary advice, paperwork and action to support their success.

I am passionate about assisting employees who are being bullied at work. This is a huge problem in New Zealand,

I would also like to see the imbalance of power between employees, and employers (often in larger organisations with several departments) rectified. It is daunting and intimidating for employees and immediately puts them on the back foot.
