Reiki:
Every body has the natural potential to heal. When a body is in dis-ease, has stress or is suffering from negative emotions, feels stuck. Reiki can be a nonintrusive way to boost the bodies systems, and support it’s own natural potential to heal and feel better. Reiki rebalances the body systems and relaxes the body and mind. The Reiki practitioner is specially trained and attuned to facilitate this process. Reiki is a Japanese energy healing technique based on the principle of energy channeling by means of touch, to activate the natural healing processes of the client's body and restore physical and emotional well-being.

Child Centred Play Therapy:
For children it is often hard to explain what is troubling them. When children have tough times or go through trauma, they can become angry, stressed, retreat, and can be sick more often. Child Centred Play Therapy is a form of Child Counselling, that draws on the child’s’ own natural abilities to self-heal and make sense of the world around them. Play therapy helps children deal with their issues by building their self-esteem, confidence, empathy and problem solving skills. This unique technique can help children prevent or resolve psychological and psychosocial challenges in their lives.
