Very informative and lovely boat ride to the caves. Effortless and awe-inspiring journey into the caves. Finishing with a boat ride in near complete darkness, only illuminated by clusters of glow worms. An incredible sight and experience.
Amazing! The boat trip was great and the "host" had great energy, the caves were amazing and the boat within the cave to see the glow worms was breathtaking. It was a bit pricey, but well worth it for a one off trip. Presentation at the end was also great!!
If I could give it more stars I would. Breathtaking formations in the caves. Well laid out paths. Great guides. The glow worms in the boat is something else. Sitting in silence in pitch black with only the glow of the worms is something we will never forget.
The boat ride there and back with incredible scenery is almost worth the price of admission on its own. The cave visits themselves are pretty well organised. Plenty to admire down in the depths and more glowworms than you could ever count. A very special and unique experience.
Great boat ride, nice informative slide about glowworms and big cave which was nice to explore, not as many glowworms as I expected but I have been to some pretty cool glowworm places and it is still pretty impressive. The guides are nice and hot chocolate at end is a added bonus
The cruise leading up to the cave was beautiful. Clean facility, and the tour guide was well planned out. Absolutely a must do if you're in Te Anau or coming back from Milford Sound.
