I bought a vehicle two years ago. I bought a car to travel to another country at the opposite side of Europe, and i had only 1 week to test it and expose any potential issues. At first glance everything looked fine: 1 year warranty and pre-sell checks. However, during that week i discovered some issues - the screenwasher tank was broken. Besides, there was a strange vibration of the car while accelerating. I was offered to apply for a warranty and to visit a service garage. It turned out that only one "friendly" service can be used, the one pointed by the seller. I cannot say anything about the reliability of that garage, since i had to refuse to fix the car due to too long time needed to fix it. However, the garage doesn't look very reliable - a stock of dead and half-disassembled cars outside it simply scares away any potential customer. Instead of fixing the car Carim transferred me 300 EUR to fix the car at my destination, and i started my journey. Somewhere in the middle of Germany my newly-bought car just shut-off in a very dangerous and uncomfortable place of autobahn. Attempts to start it weren't succcessful, so i had to call the police to tow me to a safer place. But luckily, after 15 minutes or so the car started again, so i continued my journey. A couple of weeks after my arrival to my final destination i've finally found time to check the car in my local service rated 4.8 on Google, claimed to be "the second" after officials. So what they found: * Broken screenwasher tank * Dead fuel pump together with its controller and fuel filter * Dead bushings silentblocks * Unscrewed muffler with empty bolt holes! So i wrote to Carim with the only question: how good did pre-service check was performed, if they missed such obvious issues? I mean, okay, probably they don't check the fuel pressure and the screenwasher tank i admit it would be too good if they did it. But how did they miss the worn-out bushings and dangling muffler? And, instead of admitting the obvious facts he instead started to accuse me and my car garage of dishonesty, like: * the garage is a scam "bandit" in his words * the fact that i waited 2 weeks before writing to him as if it would change something if i wrote him immediately * i want money from him also not true, i just wanted the apologies * tons of other excuses PS: After 2000 km the water pump died as well. For the moment i already paid 2000 EUR to fix the car bought for 16700 EUR. Update: I got an answer stating again that i'm not following the rules and not transparent.
