Really nice place to shop at. Loads of nice shops
Like a Maze. Really nice carpark, big spaces, very confusing when paying on the website and then leaving the carpark. You after press a button to buzz them, on leaving to remind them to check there systems you have paid.
Expensive and as there is only 1machine on each floor it takes far too long if there is a queue it can cost you £1more for the privilege of standing in that gueue
It is what it is a car park. Plenty of spaces and I often see people at the machines having issues. A tip if your using the car park you can pay at the barrier with a tap of your card and I believe u can insert your card too handy to know if your queuing at the pay machine when u eventually find it or one that works.
Very clean place no need for car park tickets now its registration detected u just go to machine put in registration pay and off u go back out of exit
Absolutely rubbish carpark, considering you pay enough for a days stay and they have cctv, my car has ridiculous amount of scratches on it thanks to careless drivers. When I questioned at the gates what can be done about it they told me I take a chance in parking there. GARBAGE!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Only 50p parking Sunday before Christmas. I'm not a fan of the new payment system. Parked on the 3rd level walked to the life's only to find both lifts were out of order. Normally I would have gone down the stairs, unfortunately I've just had a knee replacement so had to get back in car drive to ground level and find a parking space. Not the best start to a shopping trip.
Easy location to enter and leave plenty of space good sized parking bay's also they have great customer service on my visit when I returned my car wouldn't start as I had already paid for my parking ticket I contacted customer service they were both friendly and understanding and when I got all sorted out they sorted out my exit
When there is a software problem with the payment machine the barriers were open with free parking... Very fair!
Starting to get a makeover so things are improving with new entrance doors and shop fronts
