Friendly and helpful staff at the counter. I didn't have my loyalty card...no problem was able to sort that out. The seats were comfy and the cinema was clean and tidy
Just thought I’d share that Connor at the desk did the smallest act of kindness that really changed my entire weekend. I went alone for the first time doing a social experiment for my anxiety where I go to a movie alone and genuinely was so lovely and comforting and just felt as if he could tell how I was feeling but I don’t really know. Anyway, Connor if you’re reading this, thank you and sorry you’re friends didn’t get those tickets
Great place to visit. A real treat. It's nostalgic going to the cinemas now when just about everyone is watching their movies through streaming services like Netflix and Hulu.
Enjoyed a family day out with my kids. Lovely cinema, nice and clean. Food is reasonably priced, and has a good selection. Highly recommend.
Great cinema...utilize it often..comfortable seating..friendly staff..good snackbar.
Cinema 2 has marks on the screen and cinema 4s screen has a small tear at the bottom. Probably not an issue for the average viewer but it was noticeable for me.

I really liked it here. The staff are friendly and the place is very clean. Also giving food in bags so you can carry everything is very helpful. It was very cheap too. I'm from Hamilton and I went to the movies last week, for 4 people it cost me around $200 for tickets and food. Here, for me and my daughter it cost just under $50 for tickets and food. It's the least I've spent at the movies for years!!
All Good friendly and helpful staff. Foyer showing signs of wear but hey, it's a pandemic and everyone has been hit Financially. We're all doing our best. I need a cane to walk and I'm fine but the darkness in the theatre can be difficult. Staff have always asked if I need assistance, and they've always been welcoming even under some very tense circumstances. That's worth a lot.
