I am a Personal Trainer / Fitness instructor in Katikati, I offer Personal Training out of the Katifit Gym, out in public domains, my home and will travel to you too! I hold Bootcamp challenges throughout the year and hold regular fitness classes at the Katifit Gym including Pump, Ladies boxing, circuits, Bum tums and thighs and more! No Gym memberships required! although cheaper rates for members.
Whether your goal is weight loss, toning, building muscle or health and well being I can help you achieve it!
