Reece was pleasant to deal with and I have no doubt their work would be of a high standard if we had gotten to that point. Due to being too busy with bigger contracts we didn't get there. My issue is with poor communication. Reece was not keen to take the job on but didn't communicate this and left us hanging for weeks while we awaited a quote. Didn't respond to a message and when I did reach him, he finally told me he was too busy. That's fine to be too busy but now we are back at square one. Not what my Mum, a recent widow, needed after trying to sort things with my Dad no longer longer around. So, in short, communication needs to be improved to match the building capability.
Poor service!
