Amazing service and value. They promptly helped me with a few questions I had prior to ordering the products. The shipping was super quick and they had everything in stock. Will definitely buy from RC Innovations again — eskerrik asko!
I had to contact them to know that they were moving and they did not know were the product was. eventually they sorted it out and the shipment was very fast. I believe this was a one off situation, an exception. Recomended.
Excellent service once I got past their Visa/MasterCard/ etc system; I had to use PayPal in the end, which cost me extra!! Model arrived 24 hours after order, can’t ask for better service than that! Slight query on the extra prop I ordered as not sure it will fit, but no opportunity to buy an original FMS, which is strange, would have thought that would be listed under spare parts for the model? It’s certainly the thing that gets busted first!
I was really happy with the products and the attention that was dedicated from the costumer service. After making my order, I noticed that there was some extra products I would like to have purchased. Since my order hadn't been shipped yet, I contacted the store to see if I could add some product to my purchase. They responded quickly, which allowed me to save on shipping and get the products all at once.
Been using this shop for a while now, Always fast delivery and good communication. All products stocked are of quality manufacturer so can’t go wrong here. They always go the extra mile for you. Thanks guys.
Unfortunately I have never had such a bad service from any other online provider. We are in this business since 15 years but unfortunately we made a mistake by purchasing from this company. There was a lack of communication we paid the full amount and it’s been more than 7 weeks we have not received our batteries. We keep hearing the same excuse that this is dangerous goods but we have ordered batteries many many times before and it has never been so much delay. We were never informed of any delay we would keep writing an email and get a reply that shipment was not sent. Sometimes we were promised that shipment will be sent next day and after one week when we followed up shipment was still not sent. Be careful in dealing with them if you are ordering internationally. Maybe they are better for within Spain. But Not informing your client of delay is so unethical. My entire project was lost because I could not get these FPV batteries till now.
A top notch company that works very hard to make sure that the customer is satisfied. They went beyond what most businesses do in getting it done. Their customer service is one of the best that I have experienced. I will gladly do business with them again.
Great mail order service. Goods arrived in perfect condition within 24 hrs. The 3s 2700 rc plane batteries are what I was hoping for. Slim so fitted my plane perfectly. Getting 8 to 9 minutes of flight and low weight. Competitive price too. FrSky S8R receiver took a while to bind but is now installed and programmed for stabilization. Difficult to find a supplier in Spain so very happy that RC Innovations have them in stock. Lastly the propeller was also a good price and from a very complete range of sizes. Great website and great service. I thoroughly recommend this company.
Very helpful would definitely recommend the company. They got back to all my emails straight away and kept me upto date with delivery details. Nice a d speedy service
