Rayland Motel

I can't really fault this place. Plenty of parking, clean and tidy, close to everything you'll need. We even had a mate turn up for a visit and he parked his truck and trailer unit right outside our room. The only teeny weeny gripe I have was the t.v reception. Other than that great value for money. Will definitely stay again.Rooms: 5/5

The view of the place is great, floor was very disappointing very not clean, was walking all over and my feet were black my baby brothers crawl on that floor. The shower was great. Service was good. Provided with nice towels. Bed was uncomfortable, it literally sank down. Rather the other beds that just hard but comfortable to sleep on. At night kind of feels unsafe. Parking is good. Vaccuum at the place doesnt even suck the dust. Toiletries were provided so tht was good. Cupboard looks as if broken. Anyways overall i give a 2/5 stars. This can be good if anyone has an event nearby.

Paid for 2 nights, first night felt like we slept in an igloo cos the air con was on and remote had no battery, no switch to turn Aircon off. 1 person had a shower, water wouldn't drain for ages even when we took the plug out. Kids got bitten by fleas both nights from blankets they had. Microwave didn't work until replaced the 2nd day. No one at reception until you called. Paid close to $400 but I felt the place was not maintained or cleaned well before we arrived. Good area for accommodation tho, close to many shops.

Terrible sleep, the air conditioning was broken so it was a suana in there, next to the highway so it was loud, the bed I was on leaned to one side so I fell off a couple times and the upstairs bathroom door came off. The best parts were the location and the buffet next door. Would not recommend.Rooms: 1/5

* This place is very disgusting Blankets on the bed were no washed had snot on them. *BLACK MOLD IN THE DOWN STEARS BATHROOM. *Table wasn't wiped down *Stears were not vacuumed *CUPBOARDS WERE THE PLATES AND CUPS GO WAS VERY STINK. *GOT CUT FROM AN EXPOSED METAL ON STEARWELL .

Rooms rundown, zero maintenance. Door knobs missing or loose, cupboards falling off, paint peeling or not there, holes in the walls and ceiling, tv is a joke, wifi had no internet, Been staying here for approx 20yrs and the place is a mess, cockroaches everywhere, even in the fridge. Very disappointed.Rooms: 1/5

How this place is still open, I'll never understand! Have even gone through reviews to see that all my complaints are the same as what's been said by others who have been just as unfortunate to stay here!!! They need to close this place down!!! Owners making money for poor service and the Indian lady sitting in the front- she's just as rude!!! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!

Changed in recent times, bit rough but not horrible. Heatpump in room and close to many food options. Good showers and beds!Rooms: 3/5

Value for money...but can do better in keeping rooms cleaner and presentable.

Nice room clean and no problem during check out and check in . Rooms: Confy beds clean bathroom.
