Story

Waiuku is the focal point of the western Franklin District and the Awhitu Peninsula. Only 20 minutes from the Southern Motorway at Drury and very close to the surf beaches on the west coast, it enjoys a mix of urban and rural living while still being close to the central metropolitan services of Auckland City.

The Ray White Waiuku franchise is owned by renowned auctioneer Ted Ingram, a licensee agent and an experienced salesperson, who quickly rose to be in the top 2% of earners in New Zealand. He became an auctioneer in 2001 and progressed to owning Raywhite Papakura in 2005. He opened the Waiuku office in 2009 and last year achieved 4th place for business growth out of 133 Raywhite offices in New Zealand. In 2009, Ted Ingram was named Ray White auctioneer of the year.
