I had recently sold a house via another company and Marissa was a buyers agent for the deal. Minimal communication from her end finally after several txt messages and phone calls to get any form of answer was told that the sale was going well the day before confirmation there was a couple of “minor things “ on the building report. Which could have been sorted but was hard 1 day before confirmation. They weren’t minor and required extensions and to be granted and so on this in-cured me extra lawyers fees and the added stress. If there was communication the transaction would have been far easier. Not that happy with the transaction

Total dishonesty from Steve Morgan. Sold me an earthquake damaged home as repaired and fully insured. Didn't receive the the information on repairs I requested from him via eqc. This place should have been sold as is where is. He also didn't contact me back after I complained. If I could put no stars, I would.

10/10 would recommend! The team at Ray White Lincoln really do know their stuff! They bend over backwards to make sure both myself and my tenants are happy. Even over tenant changeovers they have managed to keep the amount of time my property is empty to a minimum managed only one night last time communication with them is easy even while overseas.

We have been with Ray White in Lincoln now for a number of years for both our 2 rental properties and our own home. Over these years we have never had any reason to change as their attitude and their professionalism to their approach has been exceptionable.
