Ryan Baker at Ray White was very professional and did an amazing job selling our home at deadline. He gave very clear information about the process, kept us updated at every stage and was honest and ethical. We would definitely use Ryan again and recommend him 100%.
The incompetence and disregard displayed by Ray White in their communication and handling of tenant needs is truly unacceptable. Since they took over management of my property from my previous landlord, I have repeatedly requested a new agreement as the previous one had expired. Not only did they fail to respond to my requests, but they also ignored my inquiries regarding confirmation of the last two weeks of rent that I had already paid upon moving in. As a result of their poor communication, I was forced to pay double the rent. It is imperative that individuals such as Jazz Herrera, who are responsible for managing properties, prioritize the needs and concerns of their tenants rather than ignoring their emails. My experience with Ray White has been nothing short of unpleasant and disdainful.
Ryan Baker was very professional and caring, he took the time to explain each step of the process as it was our first time selling property. Would put our trust in Ryan Baker for any properties in the future.
