Had a package stolen right off my doorstep. Luckily, my security camera caught the whole thing clear footage of someone walking up and taking it.nI reported it to the police and gave them the video evidence. After weeks of waiting, absolutely nothing has been done. No updates, no follow-up, no arrests.
I suspect they are neither better nor worse than any other developer.nExperience in this sub division tells me the sections are grossly over priced.We bought one which increased in price by $10,000 by the time we secured it.nThis could be the developers fault or Jennian Homes greed.nBeware!!!!!!
A nice developing community. Will be a good area once all the shops and housing is completed

I've just built a house here and it's an amazing subdivision, when it's done its going to be a great area for all sorts of families to live.
